Shipping & Returns Policy at Recast labs Private Limited:

Shipping:

• We offer PAN India and worldwide shipping, excluding a few restricted locations.
• Free shipping is available for orders worth Rs. 999 or above (after discounts), as periodically notified.
• Orders below Rs. 999 are subject to a shipping charge of Rs. 100.
• Cash-On-Delivery is available for many locations in India at an additional charge of Rs. 100.
• International orders do not qualify for Cash-On-Delivery.
• Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours from the warehouse.
• Special delivery requests may be accommodated, but not guaranteed.
• We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Domestic Delivery:

• Delivery within India usually takes 3 – 10 business days, with rare exceptions due to various factors.

International Delivery:

• International deliveries take 10 – 21 business days, with rare exceptions.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on various factors.
• Contact us for any delivery delays atsales@recastlabs.com 
• Customs Duty/Import Duty may apply; customers are responsible for these charges.
• Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being held or destroyed.

Cancellation:

• Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
• If you wish not to accept the parcel, refuse it at delivery.
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery for any issues at sales@recastlabs.com 

Returns & Refunds:

• Opened or damaged products cannot be returned.
• Tampered or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours with supporting images and videos.
• Recast labs Private Limited is not responsible for damage post-delivery.
• Product exchanges are accepted for saleable, original packaging.
• Return pickup charges (Rs. 100) and replacement delivery charges (Rs. 100) apply.
